Is your family getting together for the first time in a long time?
Or are you celebrating a big event or annual vacation together? I am happy to join you just about anywhere on Vancouver Island for your family time together for memorable portraits, rain or shine (or snow!), all year round.
I will help you with suggestions for locations to fit your style, and your family dynamics including mobility issues, busy toddlers, perfect sunset views and the most picture-perfect settings that will fit your group.
Prefer to shoot in your backyard or right in your living room? In-home sessions are available as well for your get-together.
From 99th birthdays to 50th anniversaries, or the first time grandma gets to be with all of her grandkids together, let me join you for these special moments and capture some colorful and creative family portraits for you and document these special events.

As no two events and gatherings are alike, most group and event sessions work out to be custom packages to fit your needs and cover any travel or additional photo requests.

If you have a big crew (10+ people) and want to do a traditional family portrait session while you’re all together, this is for you.
Approximately 1 hour session
The best option for groups so everyone can get the photos they would like with their own family and the larger group.
Perfect for a Parksville beach family session, half in your “nicer clothes” and then change into beach attire and make some fun photos splashing and playing together
Lots of time at your preferred location to get the best backgrounds and candid moments
Includes full gallery of all of the best images for everyone to download (approximately 80 images)
Session Locations: Anywhere from Campbell River to Duncan

If you are celebrating with a big extended group and have a venue rental or a house full of family for a big anniversary, birthday or other celebration, this one is for you.
This is an event focused session so we would still do a few family portraits if things come together as we have everyone, but the main coverage is about getting candids and documenting the event and special moments that you are celebrating.
This is ideal for retirement parties, 100th birthdays and events where people just want to be in the moment together and not waiting around for a lot of posed portraits.
Events start at $550+gst, please contact me for details
